Vertical Gas-Fired or Oil Thermal Oil Boiler (YQL)
1. It features a vertical structure with small flooring area to help flow and air discharge of heat transfer oil in the boiler tube and heat transfer oil cannot easily be coked.
2. The position between the burner joint and the coil is sealed. Adoption of labyrinth type patent technology is made with good seal and large flexible space, which may increase the service life of burner and enhance the heating efficiency.
3. Triple coil structure is adopted for the boiler with three-pass smok: E and flue, compact design and energy-saving space. The air pre-heater is added to enhance the heating efficiency up to 92% or more.
4. Multiple running safety protection may ensure the safety and simpl ification of boiler operation with high temperature control precision (± L'C) and good combustible effect.
5. Adoption of automatic control function is made to increase service life of equipment while save human resources.
Runli YQL series organic thermal medium boiler is a quick-assembly type forced circulation fuel (gas) boiler. The heating surface of this series boiler has a compact structure, is composed of inner, middle and outside (or inner, outside) closepacked round coil, inner coil is the radiation heating surfce, the outside surface of middle, outside coil and inner coil forms a convection heating surface. Fuel will produce heat after burning in combustion chamber composed of inner coil, the radiation heating surface will absorb most of heat quantity, following which, the high temperature fume will enter into convection heating surface for heat exchange, finally low temperature fume will be released into atmosphere through chimney from fume outlet of boiler.
